Abstract

MéTODO DE ENRIQUECIMENTO DE ESPERMATOZOIDES DE MAMìFEROS PORTADORES DE CROMOSSOMO X OU DE CROMOSSOMO Y. O presente certificado de adição refere-se a um método imunológico que seleciona os espermatozoides possuidores de cromossomo X ou Y. O método da invenção baseia-se na utilização de anticorpos monoclonais dirigidos contra as proteínas gênero específicas localizadas na membrana citoplas- mática de espermatozoides associada à ação da via clássica do complemento para aumentar a porcentagem de um dos gêneros na descendência em mamíferos.
