Abstract

"ESTRUTURA DE MONTAGEM PARA UM CABEçOTE DE IMPRESSãO". A presente invenção refere-se a uma estrutura de montagem para um cabeçote de impressão a qual inclui uma base de transporte (61), um circuito integrado de aquecimento retangular (51), uma camada de barreira (52), uma placa de bocal (53) e um painel de circuito flexível (7). A base de transporte (61) inclui uma primeira porção de suporte (611) e uma segunda porção de suporte (612). o circuito integrado de aquecimento (51) é montado sobre a primeira porção de suporte (611) da base de transporte (61). A primeira e a segunda paredes internas (515, 516) do circuito integrado de aquecimento (51) e a primeira e a segunda paredes internas (515, 516) do circuito integrado de aquecimento (51) e a primeira e a segunda paredes internas (6121, 6122) da segunda porção de suporte (612) definem uma primeira e uma segunda passagens de tinta (621, 622), respectivamente. os lados bilaterais do circuito integrado de aquecimento (51) não são revestidos pela camada de barreira (52).
