Abstract

"SISTEMA E MéTODO PARA EXECUçãO AUTOMATIZADA DE JUNçõES APARAFUSADAS". Utilizando uma aparafusadeira automática dotada de meios de medição dos valores de torque e ângulo de rotação acoplada operacionalmente e bidirecionalmente a um computador, compreendendo dito método uma fase preliminar de aperto dentro da zona elástica de trabalho do material, durante a qual são registrados os dados referentes ao ângulo de rotação e ao torque, sendo estes dados manipulados mediante um algoritmo armazenado no computador para determinação do torque a ser aplicado na fase final de modo a atingir a força de montagem desejada, permanecendo o material igualmente dentro da zona elástica do diagrama tensão x deformação. O algoritmo compreende ainda fases de verificação posterior que permitem determinar se cada uma das junções aparafusadas se situa dentro dos limites da faixa de dispersão especificada.
