Abstract
"COMPóSITO DE SìLICA REAGIDA COM MERCAPTOALCOXISSILANO BLOQUEADO E ALQUIL SILANO, COMPOSIçãO DE BORRACHA COM ESSE COMPóSITO E ARTIGO COM COMPONENTE DA MESMA". A invenção se refere a sílica amorfa (por exemplo, agregados de sílica) com grupos hidroxila (por exemplo, grupos silanol) em sua superfície, que tenha sido pré-reagida (por exemplo, pré-hidrofobizada) com uma combinação de agente de acoplamento de mercaptoalcoxissilano bloqueado e um alquil silano para formar um compósito. A invenção também se refere a uma composição de borracha que contenha esse compósito, particularmente como reforço. A invenção se refere, além disso, a um artigo de fabricação, por exemplo, um pneu, com pelo menos um componente dessa composição de borracha. O mercaptoalcoxissilano bloqueado é composto por um mercaptossilano em que a fração hidrogênio da fração mercaptano é substituída por uma fração de bloqueio que permita que os grupos alcóxi do mercaptoalcoxissilano reajam com uma sílica precipitada com grupos hidroxila (por exemplo, grupos silanol) em sua superfície, para o pré-tratamento da sílica, todavia tornando a parte mercapto do mercaptoalcoxissilano relativamente inerte com relação à reação de acoplamento subseq³ente com os elastómeros, até que a parte mercapto bloqueada do mercaptoalcoxissilano se torne desbloqueada. Além disso, a geração e liberação de subprodutos de reação (por exemplo, álcoois) causadas pela reação de grupos alcóxi do mercaptoalcoxissilano e subprodutos da reação de grupos alcóxi ou halogênio do alquil silano com os grupos hidroxila da sílica amorfa é basicamente relegada ao pré-tratamento (a pré-reação) do mercaptoalcoxissilano bloqueado e alquil silano com a sílica, dessa forma, essencialmente dissociadas e conseq³entemente eliminadas, ou pelo menos minimizadas, durante a misturação subseq³ente real com o (s) elastómero (s) .
