Abstract

"SISTEMA E MéTODO DE ACONDICIONAMENTO DE RECIPIENTES ORIENTADOS". Trata-se de um sistema e método para acondicionar recipientes orientados em um transporte de recipiente onde uma pluralidade de recipientes são alimentados dentro de um dispositivo orientador para orientar um recipiente em uma posição rotacional desejada antes da colocação em um transporte de recipiente. o dispositivo orientador inclui uma leitora para determinar uma orientação inicial do recipiente; um sistema de controle para determinar uma distância rotacional mais curta a partir da orientação inicial até a posição rotacional desejada entre uma direção para a direita e uma direção para a esquerda; e um mandril encaixado no recipiente e em comunicação com o sistema de controle para girar o recipiente a partir da distância rotacional mais curta até a posição rotacional desejada.
