Abstract

"VáLVULA BORBOLETA SERVO-ASSISTIDA EQUIPADA COM MOLA DE COMPRESSãO PARA ESTABILIZAR A POSIçãO LIMP-HOME". Válvula de borboleta (1) que compreende um assento de válvula (4), um corpo de borboleta (5) que encaixa o assento de válvula (4), uma haste (6) sobre a qual é chaveado o corpo de borboleta (5), um acionador elétrico (3) acoplado à haste (6), uma mola de retorno de torção (23) adaptada para girar o corpo de borboleta (5) em direção a uma posição fechada, uma mola de contato de compressão (25) adaptada para girar o corpo de borboleta (5) em direção a uma posição aberta e um corpo de contato (28) que faz com que a ação da mola de contato (25) pare quando o corpo de borboleta (5) estiver em posição limp-home; a mola de contato (25) contém uma extremidade mecanicamente fixa (26) conectada ao corpo de válvula (2) e uma extremidade mecanicamente móvel (27) conectada a uma roda (17) rígida com relação à haste (6) por meio da interposição de um membro de transmissão (31) montado para deslizar no interior de uma câmara (29) que abriga a mola de contato (25).
