Abstract

"COMPRESSOR LINEAR". A presente invenção refere-se a um compressor linear tendo um estator compreendendo um corpo de bobina para gerar um campo magnético, quando corrente elétrica é fornecida ao estator e núcleos externos dispostos no corpo de bobina enquanto circundando o corpo de bobina de modo que um fluxo magnético passa através dele. O corpo de bobina é formado no formato de um cilindro oco. O corpo de bobina é feito de fios elétricos enrolados. O corpo de bobina é dotado de um elemento de manutenção da forma para manter a forma do corpo de bobina, pelo que os núcleos externos são suportados. Um impregnante, tal como verniz, é usado como o elemento de manutenção de forma. O impregnante é penetrado nas folgas entre fios elétricos e é, então, solidificado de modo que a forma do corpo de bobina é mantida firmemente.
