Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA A FABRICAçãO DE UM MATERIAL DE FRICçãO à BASE DE UM TECIDO DE FIBRA DE CARBONO PLANO PARA ELEMENTOS DE FRICçãO A úMIDO E MATERIAL DE FRICçãO FABRICADO SEGUNDO O PROCESSO". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para a fabricação de um material de fricção à base de um tecido de fibra de carbono plano para elementos de fricção a úmido como guarnições de embreagem ou guarnições de anéis síncronos, incluindo a impregnação do tecido de fibras de carbono com um ligante para formação de um material fibroso (prepreg) impregnado com ligante. A invenção prevê que o prepreg (1) é temperado durante um período de têmpera sob uma temperatura de têmpera elevada em comparação com a temperatura ambiente e, antes do início e/ou ao menos durante uma parte do período de têmpera, é mecanicamente prensado em suas superfícies por meio de uma ferramenta de prensagem (2).
