Abstract
"MéTODO PARA A FIXAçãO DE UM ELEMENTO FUNCIONAL, E, INSTALAçãO DE COMPONENTE". é descrito um método para a fixação de um elemento funcional, por exemplo na forma de um elemento RSN ou RND da companhia Profil Verbindungstechnik GmbH & Co. KG, no qual o orifício na parte de chapa metálica é formado de tal maneira que a parte de chapa metálica situa-se em um plano na região confrontando com a face terminal do botão de matriz de rebitagem e pelo menos substancialmente não se projeta além deste plano. O orifício na parte de chapa metálica tem um diâmetro interno que é maior do que o diâmetro externo da seção de rebite do elemento, ignorando quaisquer características ali presentes que provêm segurança contra rotação, por uma magnitude que assegura que a região marginal do orifício seja deformada pela ação do botão de matriz de rebitagem fora do plano de chapa metálica e na direção da seção de corpo do elemento funcional antes da região marginal do orifício entrar em contato com a seção de rebite como um resultado da formação do rebordo de rebite, de modo que nem um encurvamento da região marginal do orifício para fora do plano de chapa metálica nem a formação do rebordo de rebite são prevenidos.
