Onde o cortador (1) é caracterizado pelo fato de compreender um elemento de corte (2) definido como uma peça integral e monobloco com formato geral em forma de 'U', onde nos seus extremos anteriores (3) estão localizados os gumes de corte (4) ; o elemento de corte (2) conta com um orifício passante (5) em cada um dos seus ramos (6) , sendo tais orifícios atravessados por um pino (7), o qual, apresenta em sua estrutura (8) uma abertura oblonga (9), nos extremos da qual ficam posicionados os eixos (10) incorporados no extremo anterior (11) de cada uma das alavancas (12).
