Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO PARA FIXAçãO DE FECHO EM PERFIL ESTRUTURAL DE JANELAS, PORTAS E SIMILARES". Mais particularmente trata de um fecho (1) do tipo concha desenvolvido para ser instalado em orifício alongado (R), de extremidades (R1) e (R2) em semicírculo ou retangular especialmente dimensionado na face (F) de perfis (P) de esquadrias de alumínio ou outro material utilizadas na montagem de janelas e portas em geral; fecho (1) que compreende um cavalete alongado, de seção em 'U', onde a ramificação (2), provida de orifício (2a) corresponde a face frontal do fecho e as ramificações (3), paralelas e em 'L', correspondem ao alojamento do mecanismo de acionamento (M) do fecho; o dispositivo (10) compreende dois elementos inter relacionados, sendo um configurado por unidade móvel (11) e outro unidade fixa (12), onde a unidade móvel (11) se desloca em movimento longitudinal ascendente ou descendente (A) em relação ao eixo longitudinal (E) do fecho (1), movimento este de arraste ocorrido entre a unidade móvel (11) e a unidade fixa (12) e que é produzido por um elemento transversal (15) com movimento de deslocamento axial (B) em relação ao eixo (E) do fecho; dito elemento (15) apresenta rebaixo de controle (15a) alinhado axialmente com o orifício (2a) da ramificação (2), permitindo a introdução de ferramenta de comando (F).
