Abstract
"CATALISADORES DE CIANETO DE METAL DUPLO (DMC) CONTENDO HIDRóXIDO". A presente invenção refere-se a um catalisador de cianeto de metal duplo (DMC) cristalino contendo hidróxido de fórmulas (I) ou (II), M^ 1^~ x~[M^ 2^(CN)~ 6~]~ y~OH L M^ 1^~ x~[M^ 2^(CN)~ 6~]~ y~ zM^ 1^(OH)~ q~ L (II) onde M^ 1^ representa um metal selecionado de Zn^ +2^, Fe^ +2^, Ni^ +2^, Mn^ +2^, Co^ +2^, Sn^ +2^, Pb^ +2^ , Fe^ +3^, Mo^ +4^, Mo^ +3^, Al^ +3^, V^ +4^, V^ +5^, Sr^ +2^, W^ +4^ , W^ +6^, Cu^ +2^, e Cr^ +3^, M^ 2^ representa um metal selecionado do grupo que consiste em Fe^ +2^, Fe^ +3^, CO^ +2^, CO^ +3^, Cr^ +2^, Cr^ +3^, Mn^ +2^, Mn^ +3^, Ir^ +3^ , Ni^ +2^ , Rh^ +3^, Ru^ +2^, V^ +4^ e V^ +^5, L representa um ligante orgânico e x, y e q são escolhidos para manter eletroneutralidade. Adicionalmente são proporcionados processos para a produção dos catalisadores de DMC inventivos. Os catalisadores de DMC cristalinos que contêm hidróxido da presente invenção poderão encontrar uso na preparação de polióis, tais como poliéter polióis.
