Abstract

"PNEU DE TRAçãO PARA TRATOR DE FAZENDA COM BANDA DE RODAGEM DE COMPOSIçãO DE BORRACHA CONTENDO DISPERSãO DE COMPóSITO MODIFICADO POR SILANO IN SITU DE NúCLEO DE AMIDO TRATADO COM PLASTIFICANTE". Esta invenção se refere a um pneu de tração para trator de fazenda com uma banda de rodagem com uma superfície de rolamento de ressaltos significativamente espaçados projetados para engate com o solo de uma composição de borracha composta por pelo menos um elastómero à base de dieno conjugado que contenha uma dispersão acopla in situ com polissulfeto de organossilano de carga de reforço como um compósito de complexo de amido/plastificante pré-formado. A superfície de rolamento do próprio pneu de tração para trator de fazenda é de uma configuração composta por ressaltos elevados amplamente espaçados para proporcionar uma razão de superfície de rolamento líquida de ressaltos de banda de rodagem para dimensões brutas da banda de rodagem (razão de líquido para bruto expressa em termos de porcentagem da superfície de rolamento dos ressaltos) em uma faixa de 15 por cento a 20 por cento. Conseq³entemente, operacionalmente no campo, normalmente poucos ressaltos realmente tocam, ou se engatam com, o solo a qualquer momento. Portanto, esses ressaltos de banda de rodagem individuais são desejavelmente capazes de experimentar localmente altas cargas e devem ser suficientemente rígidos para resistir a amplos alongamentos.
