Abstract
"CILINDRO MESTRE E VáLVULA DE Pé COMBINADOS E MéTODO DE FABRICAçãO". Um cilindro mestre e uma válvula de pé combinados, incluindo um corpo que tem um orifício de corpo, uma janela de freio, uma janela de tanque e uma janela de pressão, cada janela sendo hidraulicamente conectada ao orifício de corpo, a um pistão deslizável no orifício de corpo e um êmbolo, o pistão delimitando uma parte do orifício de corpo para a definição de um cilindro mestre para pressurização da janela de freio, o pistão ainda incluindo um selo de pistão para isolamento a janela de pressão da janela do tanque, e incluindo um orifício de pistão, um primeiro conjunto de orifício de pistão para conexão hidráulica da janela de pressão ao orifício de pistão e um segundo conjunto de orifício de pistão para conexão hidráulica do orifício de pistão à janela do tanque, o êmbolo sendo recebido de forma deslizante no orifício de pistão e tendo um orifício de êmbolo, um conjunto de orifício de êmbolo para conexão seletiva do primeiro conjunto de orifício de pistão a partir do orifício de êmbolo, o orifício de êmbolo sendo hidraulicamente conectado ao orifício de pistão, de modo que: em uma condição inativa o cilindro mestre esteja despressurizado e o arranjo de selo isole o primeiro conjunto de orifício de pistão do orifício de êmbolo, desse modo isolando a janela de pressão da janela do tanque, e em uma condição atuada, o êmbolo atue para mover de forma deslizante o pistão para a pressurização da janela de freio, e o conjunto de orifício de êmbolo hidraulicamente conecte o primeiro conjunto de orifício de pistão ao orifício de êmbolo, desse modo hidraulicamente conectando a janela de pressão à janela do tanque.
