Abstract

"PROCESSO DE PRODUçãO DE OXALATO AMONIACAL DE NIóBIO, OXALATO AMONIACAL DE NIóBIO E USO DO MESMO".A presente invenção refere-se a um processo de produção do oxalato amoniacal de nióbio, a um oxalato amoniacal de nióbio produzido pelo dito processo que apresente alta pureza, estrutura cristalina monoclínica, teor de Nb na faixa de 10 a 30% em peso, estável em contato com o ar à temperatura ambiente, não apresentando polimerização em processo de envelhecimento, solúvel em água, cuja solubilidade esteja na faixa de 60 a 160 gramas de nióbio por litro de água, em temperaturas de 20 a 80<198>C, e ao uso do mesmo como um precursor de nióbio, adequado à síntese de materiais funcionalizados tais como cerâmicas, lentes óticas, catalisadores, óxidos de nióbio de alta pureza, filmes finos e cristais, de escala macro a nanométrica, por métodos de preparação tais como sol-gel, precipitação, deposição, impregnação e decomposição, em que o nióbio é o constituinte principal ou adicionado na composição como promotor ou dopante.
