Abstract
"APERFEIçOAMENTO EM PLACA COMPACTADORA PARA VEìCULOS COLETORES DE RESìDUOS". A presente invenção refere-se ao aperfeiçoamento desenvolvido em placa compactadora de acionamento hidráulico que atua no interior de carroceria de veículos coletores de resíduos em geral, tais como: domiciliares, industriais e agrícolas. O dispositivo compactador compreende uma semiplaca inferior (1) e outra superior (2), dotadas de acionamentos hidráulicos independentes. Uma chapa horizontal e diametral (11) é vinculada a semiplaca inferior (1), definindo uma plataforma de carregamento dos resíduos, quando a semiplaca superior (2) está recuada. A semiplaca inferior (1) é acionada por cilindros hidráulicos em série (12) e guiada por uma lança telescópica central (13). Um mancal (14) vincula a lança telescópica central (13) na carroceria do veículo. Uma lança telescópica superior (21) é fixada na lança central (13) através de chapas (15). Essa lança telescópica superior (21) é acionada por um cilindro hidráulico (22). A carroceria do veículo recolhedor de resíduos (3) compreende um chassi (31), uma tampa traseira basculante (32) e uma plataforma de carregamento (33). O mancal (14) da lança telescópica central (13) pivota em um suporte (34) interno na parede frontal (35) da carroceria.
