Abstract

"BUCHA, ESPECIALMENTE BUCHA DE MECANISMO DE TRANSLAçãO, COM EMISSOR DE âNGULO DE ROTAçãO INTEGRADO". A invenção refere-se a uma bucha, especialmente bucha de mecanismo de translação, consistindo ao menos em - um núcleo (2) de metal ou plástico, bem como - um corpo de elastómero, que está disposto em torno do núcleo e está então ligado de modo aderente com o núcleo. A bucha de acordo com a invenção é caracterizada pelo fato de que - no corpo de elastómero ou em uma matriz de polímero (18) adicional, especialmente matriz de elastómero, estão embutidas partículas de material detectáveis, que servem como emissor de ângulo de rotação (16), que por sua vez está associado a um receptor de ângulo de rotação (17), com auxílio do qual são detectadas alterações angulares dentro da bucha e disponibilizadas como sinal da regulagem remota de iluminação. São empregadas especialmente partículas de material detectáveis, que estabelecem uma ligação fixa com o núcleo (2) e então formam campos magnéticos com pólos (N, S) alternados no núcleo (2), sendo que as alterações angulares dentro da bucha são detectadas através do número dos pólos. As referidas partículas de material são de preferência ímãs em barra ou partículas de ferrita magnetizadas.
