Abstract

"LâMINA REMOVìVEL DE AGLOMERAçãO RETRáTIL COM MECANISMO DE LIMPEZA E PROCESSO PARA REMOçãO DE AGLOMERAçãO". A presente invenção refere-se a um sistema de limpeza e um processo para a remoção de toner residual de uma superfície de formação de imagem, que inclui um sistema de limpeza primário para a remoção da quantidade predominante de toner residual e de fragmentos e uma lâmina de limpeza de aglomeração secundária retrátil montada a jusante do limpador primário, onde, quando a lâmina é movida para a posição encaixada, a borda de limpeza é encaixada com a superfície de formação de imagem para uma liberação por cisalhamento de aglomerações da superfície de formação de imagem, e onde a lâmina de limpeza é móvel para a posição retraída durante períodos em que o limpador primário está em sua posição operativa.
