Abstract

"MéTODO DE APLICAR MICROPONTOS COMO RóTULOS IDENTIFICADORES A UM ARTIGO E CONJUNTO DE RECIPIENTE PARA USO NO MéTODO". Micropontos como rótulos identificadores são aplicados a um artigo extraindo uma mistura de micropontos e adesivo de um recipiente (2) utilizando ar pressurizado. Uma parte de descarga (4) é acoplada com o recipiente (2) e tem uma passagem (6) com uma parte de entrada e uma saída de descarga (8). Uma tubeira (10) separadamente formada da parte de descarga (4) é montada no interior da passagem (6) na parte de descarga (4), a tubeira (10) é montada sobre um componente de saída (14) de um sistema para aplicar ar sob pressão. O ar alimentado sob pressão (10) e ao interior da passagem (6) extrai a mistura do corpo de recipiente captando a mesma para o interior da passagem (6) para descarga através da parte de descarga (4) para aplicação ao artigo. Após o uso a tubeira (10) é removida do componente de saída (14) do sistema de alimentação de ar e o recipiente (2), a parte de descarga (4), e a tubeira (10) são então descartadas. Conseqüentemente o componente de saída (14) do sistema de alimentação de ar permanece livre de qualquer contaminação com a mistura de micropontos/adesivo e pode dessa maneira ser usado para uma subseqüente aplicação sem necessidade de efetuar sua limpeza.
