Abstract

"EQUIPAMENTO E SISTEMA DESTINADO à SECAGEM DE MATéRIA ORGáNICA SóLIDA E UTILIZAçãO DO PRODUTO RESULTANTE". Compreendendo o fato de que a câmara de desidratação apresenta um bocal de alimentação (2) para entrada do lixo proveniente do triturador (1), descendo por guia (3), prevista na parte superior da fornalha de gás (4) e conduzido ao interior da câmara de tratamento central (7), que é apoiado em duas bases de sustentação (5), tendo na primeira instalada um motor (6) de acionamento da catraca (11) de movimentação do secador (7), e em ambas, um par de roldanas guias (12), sendo que o calor produzido na fornalha (4) circula no interior da câmara (7), por sucção de um ventilador extremo (8) de alta potencia, permitindo elevação da temperatura e pressão internas, no tratamento do material que é direcionado por aletas (9), proporcionando a desidratação do mesmo enquanto as partículas e gases produzidos pelo sistema são encaminhados por duto próprio para a unidade de tratamento.
