Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA A PRODUçãO DE 4-AMINO-3,5DICLOROBENZOTRIFLUORETO COM OBTENçãO DE PRODUTOS EM PARALELO COM ALTA PUREZA COMERCIAL". O presente invento descreve um processo para a produção de 4-amino-3,5diclorobenzotrifluoreto compreendendo os seguintes estágios: A) cloração de 4-clorobenzotricloreto, na presença de um ácido de Lewis, a fim de obter uma mistura de 3,4-diclorobenzotricloreto e 3,4,5-triclorobenzotricloreto e outros derivados clorados, realizando a reação de tal forma a obter na mistura de produtos de reação uma quantidade de 3,4,5-triclorobenzotricloreto de mais de 10% em peso, e preferencialmente de entre 20 e 30% em peso, e uma concentração de 3,4triclorobenzotricloreto de menos de 90% em peso e preferencialmente de entre aproximadamente 55% e 75% em peso, com relação ao peso total dos derivados clorados; B) fluoração com ácido hidrofluórico da mistura dos produtos de cloração tais como aqueles obtidos no estágio A) a fim de obter os benzotrifluoretos correspondentes; e C) separação por destilação da mistura de produtos do estágio B) a fim de obter 3,4,5-triclorobenzotrifluoreto ou uma mistura isomérica de 3,4,5- e 2,4,5-triclorobenzotrifluoreto; e D) aminação do 3,4,5-triclorobenzotrifluoreto ou de dita mistura isomérica.
