Abstract

"PARTìCULAS COMPóSITAS, MISTURA DE BEBIDA SECA OPTICAMENTE REALçADA, E, MéTODO PARA PRODUZIR PARTìCULAS COMPóSITAS". Partícula compósita que consiste de partículas compósitas em que partículas de núcleo comestíveis são encapsuladas com um revestimento que compreende um material que forma um gás propulsor quando em contato com um ácido comestível em uma solução tal que as partículas compósitas independentemente se movem na solução de forma suficiente para criar um efeito visual. O movimento das partículas compósitas cria um efeito óptico interessante e divertido. Em uma forma de realização, estas partículas compósitas são incluídas em misturas de bebidas em pó incluindo um ácido comestível, as quais são reconstituídas em bebidas consumíveis tendo o efeito óptico conferido pelo movimento das partículas compósitas em solução.
