A invenção refere-se a um perfil guia de corpo único para o deslizamento de portas e janelas ocultáveis, apropriado para facilitar significativamente sua montagem e, eventualmente, sua substituição, reduzindo os custos. Tal perfil guia é também apropriado para sustentar portas e janelas de grandes dimensões, e portanto também mais pesadas que aquelas que são padrão em habitações. O perfil guia de corpo único, preferivelmente feito de alumínio, apresenta a vantagem de eliminar os três corpos geralmente utilizados para constituir um tal perfil guia, reduzindo o número de peças de montagem e garantindo um deslizamento suava e confortável das folhas.
