Pertence a essa invenção uma composição catiónica em látex polimérico insolúvel em água em emulsão que exibe uma excelente capacidade de absorver água. Mais particularmente, faz parte da invenção o uso da composição em emulsão de látex polimérico como um revestimento receptivo de tinta a jato de tinta.
