Abstract

"PROCESSO MODULAR DE FABRICAçãO E MONTAGEM DE ESTRUTURA DE VEìCULO AUTOMOTOR, PARA TRANSPORTE DE PASSAGEIROS E CARGAS, E CARROCERIA E CHASSI RESULTANTE". A presente invenção refere-se ao desenvolvimento de um processo modular de fabricação e montagem de estrutura de veículo automotor, para transporte de passageiros e cargas, e veículo resultante. A nova concepção de construção de carrocerias, constituída de uma estrutura modular sobre um chassi de veículo automotor, com um processo de montagem que permite de forma automática a fabricação de carrocerias, através de um procedimento de união de painéis, utilizando o menor número de componentes possíveis. O inédito processo de fabricação e montagem de estrutura de veículo automotor, é capaz de permitir um processo de fabricação ágil, não necessitando de soldagem, sendo sua estrutura toda modular. A carroceria resultante apresenta uma estrutura modular composta por um módulo frontal (1), laterais (2) e (2<39>), teto (4), módulo traseiro (3), chassi (5) saia inferior (22), assoalho (27) e janelas (28), unidos através de parafusos, rebites ou processo de colagem, como também pelos perfis metálicos (26), dotados de aba (9) aba lateral (32) trilho (23) e aba inferior (36), pelo perfil curvo (19) que é dotado de áreas de encaixes (12), pelos componentes estruturais (20) e elementos estruturais curvos (21) e dos componentes estruturais (35) e (34). O presente relatório descritivo refere-se a um peculiar e original processo produtivo de fabricação e montagem modular de estrutura de veículo automotor, para transporte de passageiros e cargas, determinando uma nova concepção de construção de carrocerias, utilizando-se do menor números de componentes possíveis.
