Abstract
"TRILHO PARA ASSENTO". A presente invenção refere-se a um trilho para assento para a fixação de assentos em aeronaves comerciais que é formado por um elemento de perfil superior para a fixação dos assentos e de um elemento de suporte inferior unido com o primeiro, sendo que esses dois elementos consistem em pelo menos dois materiais diferentes e são unidos através de uma junção metalúrgica homogênea. Especialmente o elemento de perfil superior consiste em uma liga de titânio, ao passo que o elemento de suporte inferior consiste em uma liga de alumínio ou de uma liga de magnésio. Além disso, de preferência pelo menos um dos dois elementos possui na área de junção um perfil em forma de dente de serra. Além disso, entre os dois elementos é disposto pelo menos um elemento intermediário em forma de folha, sendo que essa folha consiste em um material de alumínio ou de titânio ou de uma liga de nióbio. A junção entre os dois elementos é providenciada sob uma pressão de aperto de pelo menos 10 MPa e em uma temperatura de pelo menos 50 <198>C.
