Abstract

"TERMINAL PARA ZìPER". A invenção provê um terminal que nunca induz a separação ou deterioração em sua porção de montagem por fusão de parte do terminal em um zíper formado por elementos lineares de fecho de resina sintética. A fileira de elementos lineares de fecho (3) formada por um mono-filamento de resina sintética é montada em uma borda lateral de uma tira para zíper (7) e um corpo em forma de haste (14) de resina sintética é inserido no interior de vários elementos de fecho (4) localizados em uma extremidade terminal da fileira de elementos (3). A porção fundida (15) é provida por solda somente em um lado de uma porção terminal externa (17) do corpo em forma de haste (14), ao passo que a porção não fundida 16 é formada sem solda em um lado de uma porção terminal interna (18) do corpo em forma de haste (14) de modo a produzir o terminal (10) que serves como um terminal superior (12) ou um terminal inferior (11). A porção não fundida absorve o impacto quando um cursor colide com o terminal e não induz a deterioração do fio de costura e similares; a porção fundida integra firmemente o terminal com elementos de fecho de modo a obter um terminal rígido estruturado.
