Abstract

"MéTODO PARA VERIFICAR PRé-CARGA DE MANCAL PREDETERMINADA E MéTODO PARA MONTAR CONJUNTO DE áRVORE DE ACIONAMENTO DE VEìCULO A MOTOR". Um conjunto de árvore de acionamento rígida inclui um elemento de viga de suporte tendo uma seção de chapa central substancialmente plana, um módulo de conjunto de diferencial fixado à seção de chapa central por pelo menos dois prisioneiros rosqueados que se estendem da seção de chapa central. O módulo de conjunto de diferencial inclui um elemento de chassi portador de diferencial tendo dois cubos de mancal que recebem mancais de diferencial. Um método para verificar uma pré-carga de mancal predeterminada do módulo de conjunto de diferencial compreende as etapas de pré-carregar os mancais de diferencial até a pré-carga de mancal predeterminada, inserir furos de montagem dos cubos de mancal do elemento de chassi nos prisioneiros de montagem e determinar se os mancais de diferencial estão devidamente pré-carregados caso os prisioneiros de montagem sejam recebidos nos furos de montagem do elemento de chassi portador de diferencial sem resistência substancial, ou determinar se os mancais de diferencial não estão devidamente pré-carregados caso os prisioneiros de montagem não possam ser recebidos nos furos de montagem facilmente.
