Abstract

"APARELHO DE GRANULAçãO". A presente invenção se refere, em um aspecto mais abrangente, a um aparelho para a granulação de uma substância pré-determinada proporcionada em estado fluido, em estado semi-fluido, e em estado similar, como por exemplo uma substância em fusão (fundida). Em particular, a presente invenção se refere a um aparelho compreendendo uma torre de conversão em pelotas esféricas (1) [prilling conversão (como um sólido em fusão) para pelotas esféricas; tornar de fluxo livre (como material granular)], uma caçamba de conversão em pelotas esféricas (15), rotativamente suportada no interior e no topo da referida torre (1), um eixo de tração (14), rotativamente suportado no topo da referida torre (1) e se estendendo na direção axial (A - A) da mesma, o referido eixo (14) possuindo pelo menos uma porção de extremidade (14b) associada com a referida caçamba de conversão em pelotas esféricas (15) para comandar esta caçamba (15) em rotação, e um dispositivo (27) para aplicar vibração para a referida caçamba (15). Em concordância com a presente invenção, o referido aparelho está caracterizado pelo fato de que a referida caçamba (15) está montada de uma maneira deslizante sobre o referido e o de tração (14) na referida direção axial (A A) e está integral com este eixo (14) em rotação e de que o referido dispositivo (27) está diretamente associado com a referida caçamba (15) para fazer esta caçamba (15) vibrar na referida direção axial (A - A).
