Abstract

PROCESSO DE PRODUçãO DE BIOPOLìMERO TIPO XANTANA, BIOPOLìMERO OBTIDO, SEUS USOS; MEIO DE CULTURA PARA CRESCIMENTO DE XANTHOMONAS E USO DA MESMA PARA PRODUçãO DE BIOPOLìMERO. Alternativamente, o processo de produção de biopolimero tipo xantana envolve transferir o pré-inóculo final para um fermentador do tipo "air-Iift", sob condições de aeração de 0,5-4 wm ou 6-10 vvm, com produção de xantana entre 8,0 até 19,0 gIL, o meio de cultura sendo o mesmo do reator agitado e aerado. O processo efetuado em fermentador do tipo "air lift" é cepadependente.
