Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO PARA FORNECIMENTO DE AMONìACO (NH~ 3~) EM FASE GASOSA A UM CATALISADOR DE REDUçãO DISPOSTO EM UM SISTEMA DE EVACUAçãO DOS GASES DE DESCARGA DE UMA MáQUINA DE COMBUSTãO INTERNA". A invenção descreve um dispositivo para fornecimento de um amoníaco gasoso NH~ 3~ na forma de um catalisador de redução disposto em um sistema de evacuação dos gases de descarga para um sistema de combustão, em particular um motor a diesel. O dispositivo inventivo compreende um recipiente conectado a um sistema de evacuação dos gases de descarga, no lado de saída deste, por meio de um conduto de alimentação (12), que é usado para armazenamento de um precursor (3, 3', 3'') liberando NH~ 3~, isto é, carbonato de amónio, quando ele é aquecido. Dito dispositivo ainda compreende uma unidade de aquecimento (4) para iniciação da liberação termolítica de NH~ 3~ pelo precursor (3, 3', 3'' ). O dispositivo (1, 30) é caracterizado pelo fato de compreender uma unidade elétrica de aquecimento (4), que é disposta no recipiente (2, 31, 31') e conectada a uma unidade de controle. A unidade de aquecimento (4) e o precursor (3, 3', 3'') são dispostos de tal modo entre si no recipiente, que o aquecimento do precursor de NH3 (3, 3', 3'') para iniciação da liberação termolítica do NH3 é produzido por uma transmissão térmica direta a partir de, pelo menos, uma superfície aquecida (6) da unidade de aquecimento (4) para o precursor (3, 3', 3'') de NH~ 3~.
