Abstract

"MéTODO E APARELHO PARA ALCANçAR A PARTIR DE FORA UM NìVEL SUPERIOR DE UMA ESTRUTURA ALTA". A presente invenção refere-se a uma modalidade da invenção, que é direcionada a um sistema possuindo uma roldana anexada a um edifício. Uma alça fechada de cabo é instalada em torno da roldana. A alça tem um comprimento suficiente de forma a alcançar, quando desdobrada fora do edifício, abaixo da roldana para onde o pessoal da emergência se reúne em uma área próxima a uma base do edifício (quando respondendo a uma situação de desastre no edifício). Um guincho em torno do qual a alça deve ser operacionalmente instalada é localizado na área próxima da base. Outras modalidades também são descritas e reivindicadas.
