Abstract

"PROCEDIMENTO E DISPOSITIVO PARA QUEBRAR PEçAS A SEREM TRABALHADAS, APRESENTANDO A FORMA DE DISCOS OU DE PLACAS". A presente invenção tem como tarefa disponibilizar um procedimento de processamento completamente inovador, em particular, adequado para a separação por fratura de peças a serem trabalhadas (4) apresentando a forma de discos ou de placas, bem como um dispositivo adequado para este fim, sendo que, em conformidade com a presente invenção, a peça (4) em questão a ser trabalhada é fixada dos dois lados do plano de fratura (12) entre um par de mordentes (23) de cada lado. Posteriormente, os pares de mordentes (23) são movimentados um em relação ao outro pela aplicação de uma força, de tal maneira que a peça a ser trabalhada (4) é submetida a um esforço de tração, ao longo do plano de fratura (12), alternadamente na face superior e na face inferior.
