Abstract

"MANILHA PARA USO COM UMA CORREIA PARA A FIXAçãO DE UMA CARGA EM UM VEìCULO DE TRANSPORTE, VEìCULO DE TRANSPORTE E MéTODO DE FIXAçãO DE UMA CARGA COM UMA CORREIA NO VEìCULO DE TRANSPORTE". Uma manilha 1, um veículo que inclui a mesma e um método de operação associada a isso. A manilha 1 é usada com uma correia 15 para a fixação de uma carga em um veículo de transporte, e compreende um conjunto de aperto 3 e um conjunto de engrenagens 5. O conjunto de aperto 3 compreende uma estrutura de suporte que tem primeiro e segundo flanges de suporte 7, 9 e um membro transversal 11 que se estende entre os flanges 7, 9. O membro transversal 11 é divisado para montagem em um conjunto de trilhos lateral correspondente do veículo. O conjunto de aperto 3 também compreende um carretel de aperto 13 para o recebimento de uma porção da correia 15 a ser apertada em torno do referido carretel 13, o carretel de aperto 13 sendo montado de forma pivotante nos primeiro e segundo flanges de suporte 7, 9. O conjunto de engrenagens 5 é operativamente conectado ao conjunto de aperto 3, e compreende uma engrenagem 17, um sem-fim 19 e um invólucro 21. A engrenagem 17 é montada de forma segura em torno do carretel de aperto 13 de modo a girar com o referido carretel 13. O sem-fim 19 é posicionado adjacente à engrenagem 17 e operável entre uma primeira configuração em que o sem-fim 19 está longe da engrenagem 17 e uma segunda configuração em que o sem-fim 19 está encaixado de forma rotativa com a engrenagem 17, de modo que uma rotação do sem-fim 19 acione o carretel de aperto 13 através da engrenagem 17, ao longo de direções opostas de rotação, para fixação ou liberação da correia 15 no carretel de aperto 13. A porção de excesso da correia 15 pode ser enrolada em torno de um conjunto de enrolamento 27, o qual é montável de forma removível no conjunto de aperto 3.
