Abstract
"MóDULO DE INTERFACE PARA USO EM UM SISTEMA DE CONTROLE DE PROCESSO, SISTEMA DE CONTROLE DE PROCESSO, E, MéTODO DE TROCA DE INFORMAçõES DE CONTROLE DE PROCESSO". Um módulo de interface é operativamente acoplado com uma rede de controle de processo Fieldbus e uma rede de controle de processo Modbus para facilitar a troca de informações de controle de processo entre as redes. O módulo de interface armazena um banco de dados de mapa de registro em que os parâmetros de controle de processo dos blocos de função nos dispositivos de campo da rede de controle de processo Fieldbus são mapeados com números de registro da rede de controle de processo Modbus. Uma vez que os parâmetros de controle de processo Fieldbus sejam mapeados nos registros Modbus, o módulo de interface é adaptado para transmitir mensagens de solicitação na rede de controle de processo Fieldbus para os dispositivos de campo Fieldbus para os valores atuais de parâmetros de controle de processo, receber mensagens de resposta dos dispositivos de campo Fieldbus, e armazenar valores atuais dos parâmetros de controle no banco de dados de mapa de registro.
