"MéTODO PARA PURIFICAçãO DE UM PRODUTO DE FENOL, SISTEMA DE REATOR úTIL PARA O MESMO, E, COMPOSIçãO DE FENOL DE ALTA PUREZA". é fornecido um método de purificação de uma corrente de fenol que contém uma concentração de um composto contaminante. A corrente de fenol é tratada ou purificado por contato da corrente, sob condições adequadas do processo, com um catalisador para tratamento que tem um baixo teor de sílica porém compreende alumina e um metal do Grupo VIA.
