Abstract
"PISTOLA DE PULVERIZAR E PROCESSO PARA APLICAçãO DE REVESTIMENTO CURáVEL POR RADIAçãO ACTìNICA". A presente invenção refere-se a uma pistola de pulverizar para aplicação de um revestimento tendo um bocal pulverizador e pelo menos uma saída de radiação actínica, caracterizada pelo fato de que pelo menos uma saída de radiação actínica é posicionada externamente e a saída de radiação e o bocal pulverizador são simultaneamente direcionáveis para um substrato a ser revestido, e a um processo de aplicação de uma composição de revestimento que seja pelo menos parcialmente curável por radiação actínica. A pistola de pulverizar de acordo com a invenção é adequada para todos os tipos de composições de revestimento curável por radiação actínica, mesmo se não houver nenhum período de indução entre a iniciação por radiação actínica e o início atual da reação de cura. O equilíbrio do fluxo do material de revestimento, exatamente após a aplicação, e a velocidade da secagem são particularmente favoráveis.
