Abstract
"MODELO MATEMáTICO PARA UMA INSTALAçãO METALúRGICA E MéTODO PARA OTIMIZAR A OPERAçãO DE UMA INSTALAçãO METALúRGICA COM A UTILIZAçãO DO MODELO". A presente invenção refere-se a um modelo matemático para uma instalação metalúrgica e método de otimização para operar uma instalação metalúrgica com a utilização de tal modelo. Por meio de um modelo matemático pode ser modelado um grande número de unidades (7 a 12) de uma instalação metalúrgica (6) às quais são conjugados fluxos de meios a serem fornecidos e fluxos de meios liberados. Para otimizar a operação da instalação metalúrgica (6) um usuário (5) fornece parâmetros estruturais para um computador de otimização (1) e este os transfere para o modelo (4). Os parâmetros estruturais determinam pelo menos o número e o tipo das unidades (7 a 12). Com a ajuda de parâmetros de partida que descrevem os estados de partida das unidades (7 a 12) e de um critério de avaliação (K) o computador de otimização (1) determina de acordo com um algoritmo de otimização (A) parâmetros operacionais otimizados utilizando o modelo (4).
