Abstract

"MéTODO E APARELHO PARA CONTROLAR O TEMPO DE RETENçãO EM UM TUBO DE RETENçãO EM AQUECIMENTO POR INFUSãO". A divulgação é relativa a um aparelho para controlar o tempo de retenção em um tubo de retenção em aquecimento por infusão. O infusor é do tipo que consiste de um vaso de pressão (1) com uma região de fundo cónico (2). O vaso de pressão (1) tem uma entrada (3) para produto em sua região superior e uma saída (8) com uma válvula de saída (9) na região inferior. O vaso de pressão (1) também tem uma entrada (5) para vapor. Na região de fundo cónico (2) do vaso de pressão (1) é colocado um corpo cónico (6) que na maior parte preenche a região de fundo cónico (2). O espaço restante (7) entre a região de fundo (2) e o corpo cónico (6) constitui um tubo de retenção. A saída do vaso de pressão (1) está em comunicação com um tubo vertical (11). No tubo vertical (11) é colocado um indicador de nível (14) que controla o nível no tubo de retenção, no qual o indicador de nível (14) controla a válvula de saída (9). A presente invenção também é relativa a um método para controlar o tempo de retenção, de modo que este seja o mesmo a despeito de mudanças em densidade no produto.
