Abstract

"BANDEJA DE SEPARAçãO, E, USO DA MESMA". Uma bandeja de separação para ser montada em uma coluna vertical, bandeja de separação esta compreendendo paredes horizontais superior e inferior, definindo um espaço interno entre elas, e pelo menos um dispositivo de separação primária, para separar fluido em gás primário e fluido enriquecido de líquido, dispositivo de separação primária este compreendendo: um conduto tubular vertical, tendo em sua extremidade inferior uma entrada para fluido e em sua extremidade superior um conduto de saída para gás primário, estendendo-se até uma abertura de saída de gás primário na parede superior; um meio para conferir turbilhonamento, disposto no conduto, a fim de formar uma camada de fluido enriquecido de líquido, em uma região anular adjacente à superfície interna do conduto, a jusante do meio para conferir turbilhonamento, fluido enriquecido de líquido este compreendendo gás secundário; bandeja de separação esta compreendendo ainda um meio para remover e guiar fluido enriquecido de líquido, do dispositivo de separação para um meio de separação secundária, para remover líquido arrastado do gás secundário, em que o meio de separação secundária é formado pelo espaço interno livre entre as paredes superior e inferior, espaço interno livre este tendo em sua parte inferior uma saída para líquido e em sua parte superior uma saída para gás secundário, que se estende até uma abertura de saída de gás secundário da parede superior, separada da abertura de saída de gás primário, e em que o meio para remover e guiar fluido enriquecido de líquido é disposto para admitir o fluido enriquecido de líquido descendentemente para dentro do espaço interno livre.
