Abstract
"SISTEMA DE CONTROLE ADAPTATIVO POR DEMANDA". Um sistema de controle adaptativo e o método para manter o controle sobre a velocidade sobre o trajeto para que se possa atingir uma meta de carga sobre a árvore durante a operação de uma máquina operatriz. O sistema de controle adaptativo pode fornecer a capacidade de se monitorar a carga, o qual irá então, de forma ativa, monitorar um sinal sobre a carga, que entra de um acionador da árvore 126, e então determina se, está se excedendo o nível de aviso e o nível de alarme. No caso em que o nível da carga que está sendo monitorada passe a exceder o nível predeterminado como sendo o de aviso, uma saída de aviso é então declarada e será mantida até que a carga de entrada caia para um valor abaixo do valor determinado como sendo o valor de aviso. Já no caso em que o nível da carga que está sendo monitorada exceda o nível predeterminado como sendo o de alarme, uma saída de alarme, e uma instrução para o aguardo serão então declarados e serão mantidos até que um comando de reiniciação de controle adaptativo seja requerido. As operações regulares de corte não poderão ser retomadas, até que a condição que gerou o nível de alarme seja resolvida. O controle adaptativo de operação da máquina operatriz 128 é executado pela manutenção do monitoramento da carga que está entrando e, com base nesta informação, fazendo-se a requisição de mudanças de velocidade de alimentação, baseando-se em um algoritmo proporcional integral derivativo (PID) de controladora (104, 106, 108). O controlador adaptativo 60 mantém constantemente a monitoração da carga que está entrando, até que um limite de armação seja excedido, ponto a partir do qual, o controlador adaptativo 60 inicia então a executar o algoritmo de controle PID, para que se possa calcular uma nova velocidade de alimentação de forma que se possa fazer com que a carga que esteja entrando seja aquela de valor requerido pelo usuário. Um aplicativo de interface, permite com que o usuário possa ajustar e verificar registros e estados de entradas e saídas do controlador adaptativo 60. O sistema do controlador adaptativo pode ser em sua totalidade integrado no sistema de gerenciamento da máquina operatriz, ou então, também pode ser integrado com interfaces de ferramentas, feitas sob medida. O sistema de controlador adaptativo pode ainda ser operado através do uso de uma interface manual, de maneira que não se proporcione ao operador nenhuma conexão com os dados de fresagem.
