Abstract

"LATA DE CONSERVAçãO E DISTRIBUIçãO DE BEBIDA, TAMBéM USáVEL PARA A PREPARAçãO EXTEMPORáNEA DE BEBIDAS POR MEIO DE EXTRAçãO E/OU INFUSãO". A presente invenção refere-se a lata de bebida que apresenta imediatamente abaixo da tampa uma primeira câmara (38) não inicialmente contendo bebidas prontas para uso, mas destinada a receber a bebida final, a dita primeira câmara sendo separada por uma chicana vedada (14; 214, 314) a partir da segunda câmara (16) que já contém um líquido bebível (18); a dita chicana vedada apresentando um alojamento (20; 120; 220; 334) construído para receber um dispositivo de filtragem (24; 124) provido com um tubo (22; 122) destinado a ser mergulhado no interior da câmara (16) contendo o líquido (18). São providos meios para permitir que o consumidor descarte o dispositivo de filtragem (24; 124) na condição de utilização na qual é estabelecida a comunicação entre as duas câmaras (38 e 16) através do dito dispositivo de filtragem (24; 124), de tal modo que, quando a lata for submetida à ação de uma fonte de calor, o líquido contido na câmara inferior (16) seja transferido para a primeira câmara (38) através da passagem da dita substância (28), para dar origem à formação da dita bebida.
