Abstract

"APARELHO TERMINAL DE COMUNICAçãO E MéTODO DE RADIOCOMUNICAçãO". A presente invenção refere-se a uma seção de seleção de método de transmissão (223) que seleciona um primeiro método de transmissão de pacotes ou um segundo método de transmissão de pacotes. Quando o primeiro método de transmissão de pacotes é selecionado, uma seção de geração de informação de SRQ (224) gera informação de SRQ (solicitação de escalonamento) com base na quantidade de dados calculados por uma seção de medição de quantidade de dados (221) e/ou o seu tempo de retenção e a potência de transmissão que pode ser usada para transmissão de dados de pacote calculada por uma seção de cálculo de potência de transmissão (222). Por outro lado, quando o segundo método de transmissão de pacotes é selecionado, a seção de geração de informação de SRQ (224) não realiza geração de informação de SRQ ou gera informação de SRQ de um valor específico para o qual a transmissão de dados de pacote nunca é permitida. Por esse meio, em um sistema de radiocomunicação em que a transmissão de pacotes é realizada em ligações superiores ('uplink') e o método de transmissão de pacotes é comutado adaptativamente, o método de transmissão de pacotes pode ser relatado, sem transmissão de um sinal dedicado para um aparelho de estação base.
