Abstract
"MATERIAL DE REVESTIMENTO, SEU USO E MéTODO PARA A APLICAçãO DO MATERIAL DE REVESTIMENTO". Em um material de revestimento que reage sem evaporação do solvente e que é curado com uma evaporação de % no máximo de água, sendo o material de revestimento constituído por no mínimo dois componentes, o primeiro componente compreende uma mistura de betume e agua a 60 a 70% constituindo de 50 a 100% da massa total; de 0 a 50% em massa de látex sintético ou de látex natural, de emulsão de polivinilacetato ou acrilato, de parafina ou de cera e de 0 a 10% em massa de reguladores de viscosidade, aditivos tixotrópicos e aditivos intensificadores de aderência e o segundo componente compreende de 20 a 50% em massa de material de carga, de 40 a 80% em massa de um óleo amaciante não volátil e de 0 a 10% da massa de reguladores de viscosidades, dispersantes e umectantes para fases oleosas, estando o primeiro componente e o segundo componente numa relação de mistura de 100:10 a 100:50% em massa. O material de revestimento pode ser empregado para o revestimento isolante contra umidade, de superfícies em todas orientações e/ou para o fechamento de juntas e fendas. O primeiro e o segundo componente são levados separados entre si a um misturador e são ali misturados, sendo a mistura de componentes aplicada por um bocal de pulverização sobre a superfície.
