Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA A PRODUçãO DE DERIVADO DE AMIDA DE áCIDO (R)-3-¢4-(TRIFLUOROMETIL) FENILAMINO!-PENTANóICO". A invenção apresenta processos pelos quais derivados de (R)-3-¢4-(trifluorometil) fenilamino! pentanamida utilizáveis como intermediários para medicamentos, particularmente inibidor da proteína de transferência de éster colesterílico (CETP), podem ser produzidos de maneira fácil e simples a partir de matérias-primas facilmente obtidas. De acordo com a invenção, (S)-N-¢4-(trifluorometil) fenil!-3-hidroxipentanamida é produzida a partir de matérias-primas facilmente disponíveis e convertida em (R)-3-¢4-(trifluorometil) fenilamino! pentanamida através de (R)-4-etil-1-¢4-(trifluorometil) fenil!-2-azetidinona. Além disso, derivados de (R)-3-¢4-(trifluorometil) fenilamino! pentanamida são produzidos por reação de (R)-4-etil-1-¢4-(trifluorometil) fenil!-2-azetidinona com um éster de ácido carbâmico.
