Abstract

"GRAMADO SINTéTICO". A presente invenção fornece novos tipos de gramados sintéticos. O gramado sintético compreende um felpo que tem um suporte (1) e tufos (2) que se projetam deste. Em uma modalidade, pelo menos um número de tufos é feito de um fio compósito formado por pelo menos um fio de filme fibrilado (6) junto com um número de fios de filamentos individuais (7), particularmente com fios chamados de monofilamento ou fita única. O fio fibrilado e os fios de filamentos individuais são preferivelmente feitos de polietileno de modo que o gramado sintético seja favorável ao deslizamento. Em uma outra modalidade, pelo menos um número de tufos são feitos de um fio compósito formado por fios de fita única torcidos junto com um número dos ditos fios de monofilamentos. Os fios de monofilamento e de fita única são preferivelmente feitos de polietileno de modo que o gramado sintético seja favorável ao deslizamento. A combinação de um fio fibrilado e os fios de filamentos individuais ou a combinação de fios de monofilamento e fita única em um fio compósito permite obter imediatamente a aparência de grama natural, isto é, sem a pós fibrilação, e evita o aparecimento visível de qualquer diferença de desgaste entre os diferentes tipos de fios. Em uma outra modalidade, a invenção prover também uma partícula material melhorado para o uso como material de preenchimento para a adubação da cobertura de um gramado sintético.
