Abstract
"MéTODO PARA BRANQUEAMENTO DE POLPA DE CELULOSE EM UMA PRIMEIRA ETAPA DE BRANQUEAMENTO COM DIóXIDO DE CLORO". A invenção refere-se a um método de branqueamento de polpa de celulose tendo uma consistência MC em uma primeira etapa com dióxido de cloro, em uma seqüência de branqueamento com varias etapas de branqueamento. A polpa é branqueada em esta primeira etapa de dióxido de cloro em uma primeira fase a uma temperatura inferior de 60<sym>10<198>C durante um tempo de retenção de 30 segundos a 30 minutos, após o qual a polpa é aquecida por no mínimo 10<198>C para uma temperatura de reação de 90<sym>10<198>C para uma segunda fase, que tem um tempo de retenção de 60-200 minutos. Com esta modificação de processo de uma primeira etapa de dióxido de cloro obtém-se uma destruição eficiente de ácidos orgânicos indesejados, enquanto que pode ser obtida uma viscosidade/resistência otimizada da polpa final branqueada com uma brancura de aproximadamente de 90% ISO.
