Equipamento para picotagem ou trituração, com uma alta velocidade de rotação e momento inercial de massa, compreendendo um disco de picotagem ou um rotor, um motor de curto-circuito e um conversor de freqüência conectado ao circuito de corrente do motor. O conversor de freqüência está disposto para controlar a freqüência da corrente do motor com base no dado da velocidade de rotação do disco de picotagem.
