Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO DESENROLADOR AUTOMáTICO E CONTìNUO PARA SUPRIR MATERIAL SIMILAR A TECIDO DE CARRETéIS". A presente invenção refere-se ao dispositivo desenrolador, que inclui uma estação de desenrolamento (7) com elementos de desenrolamento para desenrolar carretéis e um dispositivo de emenda (151) para emendar conjuntamente materiais similares a tecido (N1 e N2), oriundos de um primeiro carretel (B1) e de um segundo carretel (B2). Pelo menos dois suportes (49, 51) são dispostos na estação de desenrolamento para os respectivos carretéis de material similar a tecido, associados com os respectivos elementos de desenrolamento (83, 99). Os suportes são construídos e dispostos para suportar, simultaneamente, dois carretéis sendo desenrolados, durante pelo menos uma fase do desenrolamento, e cada um dos ditos suportes é capaz e construído para carregar um novo carretel em uma posição de acoplamento, suportá-lo durante o desenrolamento e descarregá-lo em uma posição de liberação.
