Abstract
"MéTODO E EQUIPAMENTO PARA MELHORAR A QUALIDADE DE VìDEO DE VìDEO DE BAIXA TAXA DE BIT". As modalidades descrevem um método, equipamento e sistema para o processamento de imagens utilizando compressão com base em bloco. Em uma modalidade, um método compreende a determinação de se dois blocos são blocos vizinhos, a determinação de se os dois blocos vizinhos são ambos subdivididos, se os dois blocos são blocos vizinhos; a realização de filtragem de desblocagem em um ou mais pixels de borda dos dois blocos vizinhos, se for determinado que ambos dos dois blocos vizinhos não são subdivididos.
